Robert Nick Ammann Jr., age 75, of Benton, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on August 22, 2025, after a battle with cancer. Born on August 24, 1949, Robert lived a life full of love, family, and hard work. Known for his ability to fix just about anything, he was a natural problem-solver with a gift for making things work. Robert also had a deep love for music—especially the Rolling Stones, whose songs were the soundtrack of his life.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 51 years, Sylvia Ammann; his daughter, Nicole LaFollett, and her husband, Kody; his beloved grandson, Reed; his sister, Janice Ammann; his aunt, Jonell Chastain; and his uncle, Jack Ammann along with many other extended family members who loved him dearly.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, August 27, at 2:00 p.m. at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander, Arkansas.

Robert will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend whose steady hands, generous spirit, and rock 'n' roll soul touched many lives. His family takes comfort in knowing his legacy of love and strength will live on through those he cherished most.
