Ronald Dale Kinkaid, of Benton, passed away peacefully Saturday, August 23, 2025 at the age of 83.  He was born September 19, 1941 in Benton to Rufus & Vera Hulsey Kinkaid.  Dale graduated from Benton High School, served three years in the Army, and attended UALR four years.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Janet; brother, Greg (Peggy); sister, Keri Hall; brother-in-law, Jack Leech; and a host of nieces & nephews.

Dale is preceded in death by his sisters, Charlotte McCourtney and Debbie Flory.

He was multi-talented.  Dale did wood working as a hobby, which turned into a business, making custom furniture and custom kitchen cabinets. After retiring he started painting in water colors; selling numerous paintings to many individuals.

Dale was a member of the Arkansas Art Center and Midsouthern Watercolor Club for many years.  He entered and won several awards with his paintings.

He will be missed by many….

Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Saturday, August 30 at Ashby Funeral Home in Benton.  Graveside services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 2 at Pinecrest Memorial Park.  The family request that everyone dress casual.
