Shirley Ruth Beaty, 81 of Benton, passed away on May 8, 2023. She was born on September 13, 1941 in Sheridan to the late Paul Neal and Jessie Toney Trichell. Shirley was a graduate of Sheridan High School in 1959 and retired from Arkansas Health Center after 23 years.

She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Robert Trichell; sister, Jerry Ross.

Shirley is survived by her husband, Ricky Beaty, sons, Micheal Duncan, Christopher Beaty, J.R. Fox and Jeremy Fox; daughters, DeEdra Creed and Donna Goodall, sisters, Joyce Atkinson and Bobby Paul; ten grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Chapel services by Ashby Funeral Home will be 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 11 ^th with Bro. Kim Hammer officiating. Burial will be at a later date.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, May 10 ^th , 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Ashbys.
