Starr Lee Downey age 83, of Benton, passed away Monday, March 3, 2025. She was born January 29, 1942 in Yonkers, New York. Starr was a housewife, a mother, a father and devoted grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph Culp and Katherine Himes Pulp, husband, Kenneth John Downey, brother, James Culp, and one sister, Susan Dematti.

Survivors, sons, Patrick William (Laura) Downey, Michael James, daughter, Amanda (John) James, brothers, Michael Williams and James Culp, seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren.

She was a wonderful woman, who will be missed by all who knew her.
