Steve Campbell, 69, of Bryant, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, November 9, 2024. He was born March 14, 1955 in Prescott, Arkansas. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing. He loved fishing on Lake Ouachita and Lake DeGray and was a member of the Longbranch Hunting Club.  Steve worked with his son and step son at Campbell Acoustical & Drywall until his retirement and was still willing to lend a hand when needed. He was always there to support his grandkids and great grand kids at sporting events, dance competitions, or any other activity they were involved in.

He is preceded in death by his parents, JE and Joyce Campbell, and his sister, Terri Campbell.

Steve is survived by his wife, Loretta Campbell; son, Jeremy Campbell (Christy); step children, Lisa Whitaker (Paul) and Paul Caldwell (Malori); grandchildren, Casey and Conner Campbell, Skylar Barrs-Whitaker (Stephen), Brandon Whitaker (Taylor), Lauren Whitaker, Cheyenne Caldwell; 3 great grandchildren; sister, Glenda Begoon (Garry); brother, Mike Campbell (Terri); and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Thursday, November 14th at Ashby Funeral Home.
