Taylor Maleea Schwaller, age 38, went to be with The Lord on Friday, August 1, 2025. Taylor was born to Terry and Paula Fought on March 3rd, 1987. Her early years were spent in Lonsdale, followed by growing up in Benton and graduating from Benton High School in 2005. She graduated from Henderson State University in 2009 with a degree with Communication. Most recently, she successfully defended her dissertation and earned her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy.

Taylor married Tyler Schwaller on October 6th, 2012. They resided in Alexander, AR with their beloved dog, Rory. Taylor was welcomed with warm puppy kisses from Rory at the gates of Heaven.

Taylor's love for running led her to run several marathons. Aside from her love for

Occupational therapy, she spent her free time outdoors taking care of her plants, her backyard deer, and hummingbirds. Her and Tyler also had an immense love for traveling, with Bora Bora and New York being her favorite. Taylor had a special place in her heart for her niece and nephew (her godchildren) and spent as much time as she could with them having dance parties and playing Barbie's.

Taylor is survived by her loving husband, Tyler, her parents, Terry and Paula Fought, and

her brother, Mason Fought. Also left is her niece (Aspen) and her nephew (Baylor). She will be missed by her family members, her cohort, and countless friends.

Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Tuesday, August 12, at Ashby's.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, August 13, at Ashby Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Brandon Burks will be officiating the service.

In lieu of flowers, all donations are requested to be sent to the American Society for the

Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) in honor of Rory.
