Terry Gene Thornberry, also known as "Bean", age 65, of Benton, passed away peacefully and surrounded by family, Sunday, October 22, 2023. He was born April 10, 1958 in Benton, Arkansas. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather (Daz). Terry enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching wrestling, and spending time with his family. Terry retired from Union Pacific Railroad after 33 years.

He was preceded in death by his father, Clyde Neal Thornberry.

Terry is survived by his wife, Cindy Thornberry; two daughters, Jamie Thornberry (Moe Ferguson) and Brandi Thornberry; mother, Nancy Thornberry; brother, Robert Thornberry (Rick Ramage); sister, Tammie Elrod (Wayne Elrod); two grandchildren, Ty Tillman and Braxton Butler, and numerous nieces & nephews.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 24 at Ashby Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 25 at Gravel Hill Cemetery.

Services will be officiated by Pastor Jason Keisler. The pallbearers will be Ty Tillman, Moe Ferguson, Wayne Elrod, Jeff Elrod, Al Smith, and Michael Duncan.
