Tommie Ann Hunter, age 90, of Benton, passed away Saturday, October 11, 2025.  She was born July 7, 1935 in Lake Providence, Louisiana. Tommie worked at Kroger for 15 years and was of the Baptist faith.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Samuel Neal & Mary Elsie Keene Neal; husband, Jimmie Hunter; brother, Johnnie Neal; and three sisters, Billie Kirruff, Virginia Elmer, and Janie Neal.

Tommie is survived by her daughter, Regina Hurley; granddaughter, Lisa Wright; and great-grandson, Jacob Beck.

Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, October 16 at Ashby Funeral Home with burial to follow at Rosemont Cemetery.
