William "Bill" Claude Field Jr. age 79, of Benton, passed away Monday, May 12, 2025. He was born November 1, 1945 in Milford, Delaware. Bill was a Saline County Sheriff Deputy, a US Navy Veteran, and a member of Knights of Columbus.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents, William Claude Field and Irene Ricca Field, wife, Roberta May Field, daughter, Elyse Bernstein.

Survivors, daughter, Marni Marek, Skokie, Illinois, two grandchildren, Michael Marek, and Mason Marek.
