Roger Baker's Obituary
Roger Baker, age 69, of Benton died Tuesday January 5, 2010. He was born June 5, 1940 in Otsego, West Virginia. Roger was a retired maintenance worker for CoorsTek and a member of Holland Chapel Baptist Church.
Survivors, wife, Judy Heuett Baker, Haskell; sons, Franklin James Baker and wife Melissa and Patrick Wayne Baker and wife Debbie, both of Benton; daughter, Virginia Edna Persinger, Hot Springs; mother, Minnie Edna Baker, Beckley, West Virginia; sisters, Patsy Caudill and husband Jimmy Beckley, West Virginia; Karen Bouchard and husband Paul, Wilmington, North Carolina; five grandchildren, Kayla Lee Persinger, Gary Mitchell Persinger, Vincent James Baker, Nikki Rochelle Baker, and Bailey Olivia Baker.
Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Friday at Holland Chapel Baptist Church with burial at Mt. Harmony Cemetery. Ministers will be Rev. Carl Richey and Jason Tallent.
Pallbearers: Franklin James Baker, Patrick Wayne Baker, Vincent James Baker, Gary Mitchell Persinger, Jeff Ramsey, Rick Bratton.
Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday at Ashby's.
